An excellent example of a very desirable Continental, attractive, light in appearance and in very nice condition throughout. The car was in the possession of just one owner for about 40 years in the USA until 2007, and during that ownership was the subject of considerable renovation.  Since then, further improvement & fettling has been carried out. A new stainless exhaust has just been fitted, and the car is offered ‘ready to go’, driving nicely & performing well. MoT tested until January 2011.

Snippets:  Who was Capt W P Ahern?

Was the first owner a member of the 13^th Cheshire regiment who was awarded the DCM in 1916 for conspicuous gallantry in action as mentioned in the London Gazette when he was Actg Sgt Major?  Was he the owner of the racehorse “Squadron Castle” who in 1939 won the Lincoln at the odds of 40/1?  Does anyone know of him & his family?
